Pre-Tournament Check-in Requirements:
NOTE:  All teams must check-in at Hunter SC Clubhouse on
Thur 10/6 or Fri 10/7!  Sat a.m. only for teams traveling from distance.

*****We request that all ICSL, PAGS & Delco teams check-in on Thurs or Friday night!!!!*****

 What to bring to Tournament Check-in:

• Official Team Roster with League Stamp
• Player Passes & Medical Release form for ALL players
• Tournament Guest Player Form & Player Proof of Age
